Terms of Service
Last updated: July 9, 2026
These terms govern your use of DomainAnt (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them.
What DomainAnt is
DomainAnt is an AI-assisted tool that brainstorms domain name ideas and checks their availability against public registry records (RDAP) and, for some TLDs, third-party availability providers. We do not register domains ourselves — we hand you off to third-party registrars (e.g. Namecheap, GoDaddy) to complete any purchase.
Availability is not a guarantee
We check every name we suggest live before showing it to you, and we never knowingly claim a taken name is available. But domain availability can change from one second to the next as other people register names — a name shown as available in your session can be registered by someone else before you complete your purchase with a registrar. DomainAnt is not responsible for a domain becoming unavailable between when we checked it and when you attempt to register it.
Trademark & naming disclaimer
Any trademark-similarity warnings shown are a heuristic aid, not legal advice, and not a substitute for a proper trademark search or an attorney's opinion. You are responsible for confirming that any name you register doesn't infringe on someone else's trademark.
Accounts & acceptable use
- You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
- Don't use the Service to abuse, scrape, or overload our infrastructure or the registries/registrars we query on your behalf.
- Don't use the Service for unlawful purposes, including cybersquatting or infringing on others' trademarks.
Plans, billing & quotas
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Each plan includes a monthly usage budget for AI-assisted brainstorming; usage beyond that budget may be limited until your plan resets or you upgrade. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Service "as is"
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for losses arising from your use of the Service, including a domain becoming unavailable before you register it.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we'll update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
